“Ms. Catherine was the best waitress. I felt like my mother was waiting on me! The cook on the other hand, had problems with the order and had to keep repeating making my eggs over medium. But It came out ok. I will recommend waffle house to my friends.“

“Great food and great service!“

“I had their chicken sandwich “The Rooster” and it was amazing! Their waffle fries are also a very unique texture that I’ve never had but it’s so crispy while being airy. The atmosphere is also really great, not too crowded or loud but you can still hear the awesome music they play. I haven’t had their donuts yet but I definitely recommend this place as a lunch/dinner spot. Service was always so great. The ladies working during my visit were so helpful and fun.“

“This place was great. We were looking for a place to eat brunch and came across this small Coffee House. The service was phenomenal, greeting everyone with a smile when you walk in. The food was cooked to perfection, immense flavor in every bite! I highly recommend this place!“

“Haley went above and beyond to take care of us.“

“We eat here often n able to say we have yet to leave unhappy or disappointed. That little thing working the grill knows what she's doing! The best pork chops n bacon cheese steak you'll ever eat. Always happy n polite, I don't think we've ever not received the famous hi welcome to waffle house greeting as we're always greeted with a smile n inviting presence as her station is always good clean, u know for a waffle house lol Even while TWICE last week the poor lady was left alone to be both the cook n the waitress, when usually her daughter waits on us but 2 days in a row noone, now don't get me wrong she absolutely killed it, she always does. But even when left doing it alone still she gonna be doing her thing!!“

“Went there on 7/12/2026. First time in Metairie. Our server Rachel was amazing. It was a busy day coupled with being sort staffed cooks. She was training someone in addition to serving us. But you would never know with the Phenomenal service she provided us. Attentive to detail especially under stressful circumstances says a lot about her and the staff that works there. Such a warm welcoming atmosphere. Definitely come back. I hope who ever reads this can see that her efforts are rewarded.“

“Leandrea D was an AMAZING waitress who provided excellent service and a wonderful friendly attitude. She was so attentive and was very polite and helpful our entire meal. We were soo impressed with her professionalism and her willingness to go above and beyond what we’ve ever experienced at any ihop -Gabrielle
