“Every time we order firehouse subs using asap, the order is messed. Today it was the kids drinks were listed as included but weren’t. Last time we ordered the kids cookie was not included. It’s little things but sheesh. The last time I picked up our food from the store, the cashier/ server argued with me that the drinks were in the bag but when I opened the bag, no drinks. Who puts drinks in a bag anyways? The subs are amazing but sheesh“

“I came in with my 7.5 year old son who has nonverbal autism. I can’t let go of his hand even for a brief second as he is a runner and was by myself. I didn’t catch the guy’s name I think he was a manager, helped us a lot. By bringing sauce and napkins to table. And getting straws for us. Another team member helped bring our food to table. I had ordered my son nuggets combo with fries but also got him a fruit cup. In the distraction with trying to care for my son, I thought I was missing a fry. So I brought it to the guy’s attention but by the time he came to the table, I located the my son’s order of fry that I put in bag on side of table to make room. And let him know. He said it was no problem and had us still take the extra fry. Will never get that service anywhere else.“

“I made my order through the app, the cashier initially had some trouble finding my order, thankfully someone else was in the middle of making the order and brought the food to me.I did have a slight issue during my visit, thankfully the manager resolved the issue almost immediately. Immediately. I ordered a bowl of chili with my beef and cheddar brisket sub, and their system showed that I had only ordered chips. Which was surprising given that my order cost almost $17 for a medium sub combo on the app. Thankfully, the manager had a worker get me the chili without any issues.It has been some time since I've been to any firehouse subs location, but I recall the beef and cheddared brisket having more impactful flavor than what I experienced on this visit. The sub was good, the barbecue sauce on the sub just didn't hit quite the same as I remember it.“

“I come here a few times during the week after the lunch rush and it’s always a good experience. Especially the crew that worked today and yesterday. Hot food and quick service! I never leave reviews for McDonald’s but I keep having a great experience at this location with this particular crew.

“I visited McDonald's on the corner of LA 1, located in the ConocoPhillips station. It was around 1:30 pm. Both the fries and coffee were hot and fresh. The employee at the 2nd window had even added the cream for us in the coffee and was super nice. The only downside was the employee at first window. You couldn't understand what she was asking, and when asked to repeat herself, she was rude. Maybe we just caught her on an off day.“

“I love Pizza Hut! BUT right about now I’m not happy with the Pizza Hut in Thibodaux. The curfew is 10pm now so I think the store should stay open later than 6:30pm.. Dang!
