Major was great and kind, friendly, and very polite. After praising Jesus at Living Word Church in Houma, nothing like a sweet treat 🙌 ✨
Although the employees were nice, friendly and professional, their stock is sorely lacking. Have been several times and they are always out of something. Went yesterday to check out the newest items and they didn't even have the ingredients for them. They have not had molasses for over a year. They didn't even have whipped cream. The management needs to do a better job. AND,when you walk in the door, the place smells like sewage. YUK!
Alway out of ice cream went twice this week and same thing out of ice cream. And don't get me started on the moolatte machine that thing is always down I try every time I go knowing it's going to be out. When actually in stock moolatte and blizzards are good. But when a franchise is known for their ice cream and y'all are out of ice cream that is crazy. No other dairy queen is like this just this one in Houma Louisiana.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers friendly service and a helpful staff, with a unique indoor curb service. The restaurant provides a kid-friendly environment, including outlets to charge devices and clean music. It is wheelchair accessible and has a table for customers with disabilities. However, some customers have noted that the food can be expensive and the ordering process slow, with smaller portions. The Blizzard treat is a popular choice.
