Stopped in for a blizzard. Took forever for someone to take our order. Can't really blame them looked like there was only 3 people working oh and like everyone else the portions got smaller and the price went theu the roof.
What are taking was fast and seeming to be efficient. However, the transition to delivery of food was messed up. Somebody left to go off shift and nobody picked up on the follow-up. The manager figured out what what was going on after about 45 min. He refixed the meal and comped it to us. He promised it wouldn't happen again, and invited us back.
