“5 stars for sure! You can really tell there’s a new manager and new crew because this location has stepped it up big time. I went inside and everything was clean, moving fast, and the energy was positive. Miranda was great super friendly, helpful, and on point with the service. My food was hot, fresh, and seasoned just right. The chicken was crispy and juicy, the sides were on point, and the whole experience was solid. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Tiffany was absolutely amazing! She made our visit to Louisiana very enjoyable. The store was very clean and fresh. Our food was out in a timely manner and so delicious. The general manager is doing a wonderful job. We’ll definitely be back our next visit.“

“I met my family for lunch today after I had gotten off of work early. The last time I had food at this location (drive thru), there was an issue with it. I waited a while until I returned. The same issue happened again today. The manager, Shawn, immediately came to apologize to me at the table. He had fresh food come out to me super quick. He also returned to check on us, gave us a gift card, and said that he hoped we would return to give this location another chance. A bad situation that was turned into a positive one.. thanks to Shawn for effectively displaying great service recovery! I will definitely be returning!“
