I got a butter pecan velvet ice with caramel drizzle on the whipped cream, it was blended so nicely and no chunky ice chips. Give her a raise, she’s doing great.“

When I got the lid back on and finally took a sip...they totally got my order wrong...no sugar in my coffee. Needless to say I was a bit upset, didn't have time to go back and complain but I think they would have gladly fixed it. They are friendly most other times I go!“

“I visited this location twice. The first time, the one barista working in the front area informed me that they were backed up on drive-thru and mobile orders. I used the app to pick up in the store and had to wait a few extra minutes for my beverages and was satisfied that he let me know in preparation for a wait. He seemed nervous because of the volume of orders, but he completed his job, and I was out in a few minutes. I went today to pick up another order, but the lobby was closed for hurricane preparations. No problem; I went through the drive thru, and the service was wonderful despite the slew of cars trying to get last-minute coffees. It seems as if the staff are getting the hang of things, especially since the store is still new. It's disappointing to see bad reviews from locals who are upset that they can't make their complicated order in one minute when they decide to order one minute in the drive thru before closing time. I watched them make one of my drinks the first time, and it requires a bit more than making a shot and dousing creamer on top. Abbeville is still backward in that regard. Keep up the good work, and I'll definitely be back.“
