“All restaurants are experiencing staffing issues, but it's how the employees handle the situation that counts. The staff here was terrific. Passing through from Atlanta, I stopped here for dinner to take back to my hotel. It took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me, but my online order was ready and it was hot and tasty. Kudos to the staff for working hard.“
“I went here after first going to Popeyes. Popeyes was out of gravy for their mash potatoes, so I drove 10 minutes to KFC. KFC left out one of my chicken sandwiches, but I should have checked my bags before leaving. I usually do, but was behind schedule after first going to Popeyes (which is near my house)“
“Let me just say myself, Mom & 4yr old niece passed through heading back to Dallas and the manager Keon was one of the most professional, nicest and efficient leaders I’ve seen in fast food. He talked to his employees with respect as he clearly ensures he leads by example. He kept smile on his face and make sure our food was fresh. You have a great employee and I see this won’t be his last stop. It’s only up with the way he carries himself. Kudos young man!!
