This was awesome! Super great food! Amazing workers and service! The boss is super friendly and definitely cares about the customer experience! Highly recommend the crawfish Étouffée was so delicious!

Papion's Creole Bistreaux is a restaurant that offers super great food and amazing workers and service. The boss is super friendly and definitely cares about the customer experience. The food is out-of-this-world delicious. The owner is charming, fast to seat guests, and takes orders and serves personally. The atmosphere is an authentic neighborhood bistro. The food is jaw droppingly delicious, and almost every dish on the menu does not disappoint. Service is incredible and very kind. Servers and owner are incredibly friendly and informative. Some of the best food on a two-week road trip through the South, with a chill, quiet atmosphere. The owner provides free samples of different dishes. The restaurant is very small so not many tables, and there was only 1 waitress who did her best with help from the owner. The food came out slow. The popular Mardi Gras Nachos with extra queso were delicious, and the Seafood Mac & Cheese was the best dish with spices that gave an extra kick. The fish was seasoned very well. The bread pudding is literally the best bread pudding, and the pork sandwich was really, really good too. The crawfish Étouffée was so delicious. Highly recommend.
