“There was an error with my online delivery order and my boyfriend decided to go up to the location to see what the issue was. The manager went OVER AND BEYOND! I want to say thank you for you professionalism, understanding and accommodations. THAT is how you handle a customer grievance!“

Orders are always correct, hot, and fresh !

The store is on Pines Rd and easy to get to.
If you decide to take a break, you can eat in the small dining room.

Now, I do miss the days when Pizza Hut had all you can eat buffets! If you didn't know, Pizza Hut used to be in the location where Kumo Sushi is now ( that was a few years ago...).

Anyway, this is a great place to stop in and get your pizza.
PS: if it's Super Bowl Sunday, order early and pick up early. It can get BUSY !! 😅 just sayin...“

“I believe in giving credit where it's due. I went out on a limb and ordered pizza and wings to watch Monday night football. The kicker is that I had not ordered from this pizza hut in about a year because of a very nasty, rude driver. However, we decided to try this location again for pick up. Once I went into the store to get the order, I told the cashier I should have a credit due to the last incident, as indicated by the district manager when I called in my complaint. The young man did not see the credit in the system but wanted to accommodate me for giving them another chance. I appreciated the integrity shown and the willingness to go above and beyond to keep me as a customer. Thank you to the Pizza Hut staff at the Southern Loop location in Shreveport! Good job!“

“The Doordasher charged me the wrong price. Miscommunication, I'm sure. BUT Kassie at Shreveport/Barksdale went out of her way AND called Doordash and made EVERYTHING right! I didn't even ask or anything! Not even her mistake nor was she asked! Kassie went ABOVE and beyond! She is DEFINITELY an asset to Pizza Hut or ANY company that employs her! I work in food and beverage, and I can say this doesn't happen, EVER, anymore! She's a gem, and should be treated as such!“

“I went there the first time on July 16th. The guy working there was doing entire store ALONE. He was exceptional. He did call ins, the window and dine in all by himself.
I then went back last week and he had 5 other men working with him. They do very good service in this location.“
