“Awesome sandwiches at this spot! I went in with my fiance and his friend and the owner was super welcoming and offered his suggestions on what to order. We got the Swamp Dip, Cuban Pirogue, and a Build-Your-Own, and they were all very tasty! The au jus that came with the Swamp Dip was so flavorful that we almost wanted to drink it.

The guys wanted to try another sandwich before we left, so they got the Dressed Up Gator, and that also was good!

I don't think you can go wrong with anything you get here, and I can't wait to go back!“

“Okay y'all I'm back. So I tried the Subway up the road from me today. Let's get into the service. I had to wait 10 minutes to get to drive thru window. ?One Car ahead of me. Then the car wouldn't start. ? finally got there for my food and it took it a minute and then went home. Now the food..... When I tell you it did not disappoint. I ordered a footlong (ate 6 inch) and yummy to my tummy. Now I didn't order the meal, the chips are my own ?. Yall I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch and it was delish. “Well, well, well. The experience at this subway was Totally Different from the subway on 6138 Green wood Road, Suite 100, Shreveport, LA. I was listened to and treated like a customer, and plus my sandwiches were not thrown in the trash & not replaced. I gave a three star customer service at this location because the manager was kind of itchyfied. But, who knows, this is Shreveport; what should we expect. If restaurant managers educate staff on customer service, they would not lose revenue. The workers do not realize that it's the customers that pay them. Treat everyone the same, because you never know if customers are a secret shopper or not. P.S. I GAVE THIS SUBWAY A 5 STAR BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT THE SUBWAY ON 6138 GREENWOODROAD, SUITE 100, SHREVEPORT, LA WHICH IS A ZERO STAR :-)“
