“Okay y'all I'm back. So I tried the Subway up the road from me today. Let's get into the service. I had to wait 10 minutes to get to drive thru window. ?One Car ahead of me. Then the car wouldn't start. ? finally got there for my food and it took it a minute and then went home. Now the food..... When I tell you it did not disappoint. I ordered a footlong (ate 6 inch) and yummy to my tummy. Now I didn't order the meal, the chips are my own ?. Yall I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch and it was delish. Gitcha some ???? ????? yum yum full.“
“I eat at various Subways quite often, usually using Doordash. It's usually good, with problems only occassionally. But yesterday I took a friend to 3635-0 location and was REALLY impressed. Shelly made our sandwhiches and they were great. Plus she was friendly as well as competent. Best Philly cheese I've ever had!“

“I recently visited this location when I entered the restaurant it was really clean an the ladies greeted me with a smile 😃, I wasn't sure what I wanted to order the lady was very knowledgeable about the menu, she informed me about the new menu items and sale items. I ended up going with her recommendation the all American club with pepper jack toasted lightly . She made my sandwich perfectly it looked so good, and tasted amazing. It was the best sandwich I have ever gotten from a subway. Veggies were fresh onions had perfect little crunch it was just a amazing sub . 10 /10 will definitely be back“
“I come here a lot, food is always fresh to order. However, morning shift workers compared to night shift is definitely a difference. Morning shift is more acknowledging to customers and night shift just looks at you when you walk in; obviously it depends whose working.“

“The young couple there was excellent. Not only was everything fresh and the way I wanted it, as usual at subway. But the ambience was so amazing, the music made me dance to every tune and the artwork on the walls were very intriguing. And of course the whole place was clean, restrooms, the lobby and the preparation area. I would recommend it for an enjoyable day as it was for me just by myself or a nice quiet date even! Everyone please go check it out and see for yourself!“

“Since I work nearby, I'm here pretty much multiple times a week. Service is always quick, the foods always fresh and the store has always been clean. Be forewarned if you go at lunch time the line backs up a bit but they usually have enough staff it moves through quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended overall!“

“I just wanted to let everyone in Shreveport know, that the subway on 306 W. BERT KOONS has the best subway in town. Their customers service was great and never complained about us showing up at the end of their shift. We came in and ordered 6 sets of sandwiches and they were excited just to be able to serve us. They also changed their gloves after every sandwich made thanks for the greatness of serving members of the best community around. Shout out to the two guys in there. -TANK AND BROTHER TK.“
“Well, well, well. The experience at this subway was Totally Different from the subway on 6138 Green wood Road, Suite 100, Shreveport, LA. I was listened to and treated like a customer, and plus my sandwiches were not thrown in the trash & not replaced. I gave a three star customer service at this location because the manager was kind of itchyfied. But, who knows, this is Shreveport; what should we expect. If restaurant managers educate staff on customer service, they would not lose revenue. The workers do not realize that it's the customers that pay them. Treat everyone the same, because you never know if customers are a secret shopper or not. P.S. I GAVE THIS SUBWAY A 5 STAR BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT THE SUBWAY ON 6138 GREENWOODROAD, SUITE 100, SHREVEPORT, LA WHICH IS A ZERO STAR :-)“
