Good morning I am reaching out in disappointment to what I was served at the drive thru window in Memphis location downtown. This was supposed to be a jr. bacon cheeseburger 🍔 but as you see I don’t know what to call it!!! The meat patty was hard as a brick, burned and stale and on top of that that ain’t even a jr burger sized hamburger. The incredible disappearing food. Shrinking by the day. I have abandoned Wendy’s. The jr. burgers are so small and all bread. The single has been shrinking for years. I’m done.
Wendy's used to be my favorite place. I don't know what happened, but the deals in the app are absolute crap now. The customer service is not as good, and the food is going downhill quickly. Wendy's used to have fresh food and great deals. Just another McDonald's now. :(
