just left this mcdonald’s when i arrived at the drive through which says it’s open 24hrs an clearly these employees are doing what they want the lady asked me if i would be using a mobile app order i said no an she never answered me again i sat at the menu board over 10 minutes constantly saying hello asking if anyone is there an never got a response which doesn’t suprise me these workers dnt open on time an close when they want it’s pitiful i will never go to this location...read full review
We ate at this Mcdonald's last week in the afternoon. The person responsible for cleaning does a great job.
while Traveling to Slidell we stopped and order the new Crispy Chicken sandwich. Yuck bread with a soggy chicken patty and two pickles only. No mayonnaise or ketchup or anything else. just a dry soggy patty sandwich. I would have returned it but doors were locked to lobby and drive thru was a line to the road. Never again! Mcdonald's is off my list!

The young guy at the window makes our day he is so polite and positive. Every time he greets us, we know our food will be hot and ready. The employees all have great attitudes, and nobody is rolling their eyes or taking food orders with negativity. Orders are often correct as well, and everyone is so nice. Vegetarian options are limited, but the hash browns are good eatin'. Parking is not an issue, as it's a McDonald's. While there may be some alligators to watch out for, the restaurant is generally kid-friendly.
