The girl behind counter said that if I would just tip her she would upgrade my meal. It really pissed me off and felt very uncomfortable 😣
The subway app didn't submit my order, of course, but I was still charged. I called and let Olivia know, and she still made my order for me and made things right! I sure hope yall treasure your employees bc she is so friendly and did such a great job demonstrating exceptional customer service. Will definitely be ordering again just bc of her!

Subway offers great sandwiches that are made super fast and are very delicious. While using coupons may not always save money, the sandwich staff is friendly, professional, and timely. Customers appreciate the hard-working staff, even when the location is understaffed. Despite the occasional issue, Subway has more happy customers than dissatisfied ones, and the management is responsive in resolving any problems. Overall, Subway provides a satisfying dining experience.
