Waited in line at least 30 minutes to be told they didn't have a menu item I wanted. At that point I'm stuck so I had to pick something else and wait another 30 minutes to get my food. Of course I can see people just hanging around in the kitchen through the window. Whoever manages this place is horrible at their job. It's always like that but this was just insane and I will drive across town now to never visit this store again.
