Wendy's in Slidell

“I stay in the area and frequent this store at least 5 or more times a month. From the person on the speaker to the person who hands me my food I am pleased with the customer service. I often ask to speak to the manager to give compliments. Even when mistakes were made the workers were polite, respectful and fast to rectify the problem. Some cases I didn’t give my order right but they acted as it was their fault, and fixed my order with no problem and respectful. This is my person favorite store. Great quality of cleanliness, friendliness, customer care and food.

Parking: Service is fast so parking lot is clean, well lit with plenty of options.“

“I’ve been in retail for all my life and I wish I could recruit the Manager of this place. She’s energetic, and can tell she shows results to actions she shows and I hope her team feels the same. Absolute dime to her sense of urgency and props to her service at this location. It’s hard to come about within fastfood with the days and times. Hold on to this one.“

“My husband and I like going to get the specials at Wendy's a few times a month. Wendy's has great prices and meal deals, especially the Big Bags!! Very good service!

“Drive thru wasn't moving so I went inside to order. There was no one at the counter so I asked a young man could I order inside. He said give him a minute and explained there were only three workers there that day for lunch.He was very busy with the fries station, refilling containers and bags, completing orders for drive thru, cooking burgers, He was busting busy!He politely took my order and filled it quickly with a smile and thank you. I wish I had asked his name.However $11.50 for a regular meal...not so good.“
