Wonderful, clean restaurant with a very attentive staff. This was our first time here. We had miso soup, yakisoba noodles with beef, Philadelphia roll, Special eel roll, and the Bourbon roll. The prices initially seemed a little high, but they delivered on every aspect. There was more meat than filler in the rolls. The Bourbon roll was HUGE, it is a meal all in itself. Yellowtail has a great menu with an extensive sushi line, as well as hibachi and other traditional Japanese fare. The man who runs the place is extremely friendly and welcoming. The prices are very competitive compared to other Japanese restaurants in Slidell. It's always nice to find such a great spot right here in the neighborhood.
