This has to be one of the worst McDonald's experiences I've had in a long time. We waited in the drive-thru for over an hour just to receive our food. Had we not already paid through the app, we would have left long before then. I understand that restaurants get busy, but waiting an hour in a drive-thru for fast food is simply unacceptable.

Ordered mc griddles and got those. Also ordered one chicken biscuit and then the girl told us after we payed that they were going to give us one because it was “no longer breakfast” even tho we just paid for it. They eventually 10 minutes later gave us a chicken paddy on a sandwich bun and then we left.
Ate lunch here on a Sunday. They were pretty busy. We ate in the restaurant. Ordered using the kiosk. Didn't have to wait long for our food. The ice maker was out of service so we had no ice for drinks. Luckily the drinks were cold coming out of the machine. My burger was pretty good. I would stop again
