“Chick fil a is pretty solid, but i noticed after the remodel the chicken here is always over cooked and hard, service is still amazing but the kitchen can use some help . I’ve resolved this issue in the app, but i just wanted to give a heads up to people that may be interested“

“I find my self here several days a week. It's always fresh and fast. The employees are always very kind. It can be busy during lunch time hours but other wise there is always indoor seating and there is also outside seating available at this location. The parking lot is large so plenty of parking. The lobby is also always clean and kept.“

“I went through the drive through just now. While handing the girl my card, she was trying to hand me my order at the same time. In the exchange, the bag of food ended up falling to the ground. To me, it was no big deal, but the manager immediately had someone remake my entire order, and even upgraded my side item to a large! This was a pleasant surprise and fun start to my day. The staff at Chic-fil-A Gonzales really went above and beyond, and in my opinion, we all need to be more like that when mistakes happen. Id like to add, I frequent this place every week to other week, and I've never had a negative experience.“

“Never been to any Jersey mikes I’ve only ever had subway subs but I’m so glad I branched out. I told staff I hadn’t been so didn’t know what I’d want and they made very very good suggestions and were so friendly about it. 10/10 will be back when I’m in a town that has a store. They also had my hot sandwich cooked super fast.“

“Traveling Foodie here! We are temporarily in the area and thought would give this place a try! Very happy with what we ordered and the quality, have made several orders for To Go and the food is great and consistent! They have the best Grilled Shrimp Poboy I have had yet! The Grilled Shrimp Burger, Grilled Shrimp and Chicken Burger, Double Meat Bacon Cheeseburger and Philly Cheesesteak Poboy has all been fantastic! Very pleased and will continue choosing to dine here for the remaining of our time here! “Stopped by for dinner. They had issues with their electronic ordering system but Alyssa took our order anyway. Our dinner was delivered to our table and Alyssa even came by to make sure everything was fine. The Staff was friendly and courteous. The food was hot and delicious! Even the fries were fresh and hot. They had a line of orders for frozen custard but got it out quickly. The seating area was very clean with Staff picking up the trays and baskets from the waste receptacles when customers left. Well done Alyssa and Staff. We will be back!“

“Placed a last-minute order through the app to feed our crew—ended up with 12 pizzas across three separate orders. Pizza Hut handled it like pros! Everything was accurate, fresh, and ready exactly when promised, even with other orders coming in at the same time. Great service and delicious pizza—thanks for coming through!“

“This is not our local Sonic but we were in the area and wanted some snacks. This Sonic provided exceptional service!! Im not sure if the same person took our order, than who brought it out, but they got everything right, the first time; even the specific requests we made. I was reading the screen to make sure. The food didnt take long to come out eventhough most car stalls were occupied (i.e. it was pretty busy). I would say we got our order in less than 10mins, maybe even 5mins. I honestly was not counting because I already had it in my head that we would be waiting a good while. Thats how it is at our local Sonic in Houma, even when its not occupied. Dalton, our carhop, was very professional and pleasant. He repeated our order for us to make sure they got everything correct, which they did!! I am the type that checks our order before leaving. Not only was all our food there, but all of our dipping sauces, straws, and spoon were there too. They even made sure we had napkins. I was definitely pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to ask for anything because nothing was missing. At our local Sonic we are usually missing one thing or another. Dalton also told us about a giveway. Again, this is not our local Sonic so we wont be able to participate but, if we're ever in the area, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for such a great experience. Wish we had yall as our local Sonic.“

“Tonight, I placed an online order for the 1st time. The process was very easy. I arrived at the restaurant at the time the app said, then I waited 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, after 15 minutes, I flagged down a server and asked him if there was a problem? He said they only had 1 person working the kitchen. 20 minutes later, I received my food😯 I understood things happen, but I feel 20 minutes is excessive. And I did feel bad for the over-worked employees...“

“Hard-working people in a crappy environment. The employees work really hard and the manager will not pull someone aside to tell them what they did wrong instead they get chewed out in front of everyone and it’s just not right. The manager needs some training on how to treat people better or how to deal with some thing on the side not in front of everyone.“

“Really great food, and a staff that is both friendly and professional. One of the best experiences I've had in a sandwich shop in a long time. My food was prepared quickly and still came to the counter looking like someone cared about the presentation of the product. As a consumer I appreciate the extra effort they put into showing pride in their work. I've tried almost all their subs and they are equally delicious across the board. Do yourself a favor and stop in. You won't be disappointed.“

“Finished up late on a project and had a dozen hungry men to feed and found this Subway at the local truck stop in St. James. Gals behind the counter were friendly, fast and filled those subs with lots of meat, cheese and veggies for this band of cleaning guys. We all got "Meals", chips or cookies and drinks and the expense account hardly took a beating. We will definitely find out way to this Subway in St. James when we're back in town!“

“I went today to pick up an order for my kids. Then decided to order additional sandwiches. My order was ready when I got there. Ziggy promptly took care of me to make the other sandwiches. Ziggy was very friendly and did a great job preparing my sandwiches. The place is very clean and some renovations are being done. The customer service is great and the food is fresh. I love the new management. They are definitely making a difference.“

“Taco Bell is my absolute favorite fast food chain. Subsequently, I've been to many a Taco Bell. This particular location remains my favorite. Maybe I am a little biased because this is my "hometown Taco Bell" -- my parents live right down the street -- but I can always expect my order to be correct, fast, and tasty when I order from here, and the people are always friendly.“

“this is my reason for living. so good. so fresh. so subway. i’m here at least once a week. makes me feel safe. loved. happy. no other subway can do what this subway can do. it is unmatched. i’d give 6 stars if i could. i will rave about this place until the day i die. staff so good. a bunch of emo high schoolers who make me feel healthy about my garlic herb and cheese bread choices. always a 12 inch. size DOES matter. i love you subway. i’d sleep with you.
