Usually would give a better review because I love Sonic. But the last few time of going was not good. The order was right on the screen but wrong in the bag when we got home. I should have checked before we left but in previous visits it's never been an issue so I just didn't think to do so but I will from now on. The 2 correct things in the bag were the double bacon cheese burger and the 2 corn dogs. The corn dogs were good but the burger was so dry. It happens, not everything...read full review
This is not our local Sonic but we were in the area and wanted some snacks. This Sonic provided exceptional service!! Im not sure if the same person took our order, than who brought it out, but they got everything right, the first time; even the specific requests we made. I was reading the screen to make sure. The food didnt take long to come out eventhough most car stalls were occupied (i.e. it was pretty busy). I would say we got our order in less than 10mins, maybe even 5mins....read full review
Should have been 5 star but it was simply a new employee taking our order...and with the drink selection it's probably overwhelming to get tossed in to but the man did great... 4 and3/4 stars is the real rating. Can you say that about the king or wac arnolds?
