This is a great little place inside Hong Kong Market, in the back. They have an amazing assortment of hot and cold Vietnamese deserts. They were making this little pancakes, too. I shared a huge plate of shaved matcha green tea ice cream and mochi with a friend and it was delicious. Everyone there was lovely.
I visit the Hong Kong market often and had never been here. Finally I took the time out to visit only to visit yum yang ice and I'm so glad I did. I had the bingsu it was awesome. Hands down the best dessert I've had all summer.

Located within Hong Kong Market, this bubble tea spot is great! Not only do they offer bubble tea, but they also offer frozen yogurt with all the toppings ad well as other frozen treats. The first time I ever tried a boba slushy was by accident here, and I'm glad I did because I'm addicted now. The selection of boba is great and the prices even better!
