Had the street tacos and I can honestly say they were delicious. I also had a beef tamale, wrapped in corn husk. It met my expectations and then some. Having lived in Austin I was missing a good homemade tamale and I finally found my fix. Yay! Bought a dozen to take home to freeze. Can’t wait to try their Chimichanga and other items. Small quaint little place with great food and service. Very reasonably priced. Worth the drive.“

“We had Gordo's for the first time today. I don't know why we waited so long. Everything was fresh,hot and delicious and we had a terrific server. “Got here the night before. They have two dock doors. I backed into the furthest one away from the ramp. I didn't back all the way into the dock. Just enough so I was out of the way. They come in @ 7 am. When they came in they had me back into the other dock door closest to the ramp. Nobody bothered me all night while parked. I had 3/4 of a trailer load. They had me unloaded less than a hour. Very nice people.“

They're very willing and patient to answer questions, and this is easily the best fried rice in atleast a 50 mile radius. The honey walnut was excellent. The lady that i assume is the owner recommended apple pie for desert, and man. Its apple pie. Its good apple pie. At the end of the day.. its apple pie.
