A relaxed atmosphere with good food and great drinks which were reasonably priced. We loved our waitress Hannah, who was attentive and pleasant.... a real sweetheart! After a frustrating experience at the Taco Bell location, I decided to make the quick 12-minute drive over to the Taco Bell—and I’m glad I did.

From the moment I walked in, it was a completely different world. The doors were open (as they should be), the lobby was clean and well-kept, and everything felt like it was actually being run the way a restaurant should be. No leaking ceilings, no confusion, no attitude—just solid, professional service.

The staff here was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. My order was taken quickly, made correctly, and came out fast. It’s amazing how much of a difference good management and a team that actually cares can make.

After dealing with a location where I was basically treated like I didn’t belong for simply walking through an unlocked door, this was a breath of fresh air. This is how it’s supposed to be.

Do yourself a favor—skip the hassle and just head to Ponchatoula. This location sets the standard.“
