Beautiful plantation second time here. I recommend. It was just hard to understand the tour guide cause of his heavy southern accent.

Excellent experiences all around.
Beau was above and beyond (e.g. lagniappe for the cup of gumbo- KUDOS!) with prompt and attentive service, but a friendly and just too cute- demeanor that was mindful of my time (I was on a tour bus schedule), BUT did not rush my dining whatsoever- just absolutely great.
The Shrimp Po Boy was incredibly delicious and enjoyed the Abita to wash it down.
Will be back soon I hope!

The gumbo was watered down. The waitress ignored our requests. I’m disappointed in the way some of the waitstaff and kitchen staff treated my elderly parents.

Awesome
This was a great little restaurant in the form of an old house. Gumbo, red beans and rice and pasta were all exceptional. Desserts were on point as well. Better than expected for being at a tourist attraction.
Fantastic place to visit and eat at.
We ordered the special and they forgot our salad but we were in a rush so it wasn’t worth bringing up. We told them we had a tour to get to and they advised what was best to order to be able to make it on time and they got our food to us quickly. The mushroom, corn, crawfish soup was so good. Wish I could make it at home!

We were in the cafe and not the restaurant. We stepped in for a quick bite and found a selection of sandwiches that they heated for us. There was also ice cream available and different options for snacks. Things were served in styrofoam but you had an option for a ceramic cup.
