“Went to James Restaurant in denham springs la. In hopes to get good food. I was saddened because I paid 17 dollars for a 1/2 cup of old red beans that were not cooked and no flavor.They put a small piece of sausage on the top with a 1/3 of rice. I also got a very small portion of nasty cabbage and a small portion of box mashed patatoes. I could have went to longhorn steakhouse and got a nice steak meal for less and a whole lot better food. I can bet the cost of the food I got was about 2 dollars worth!“

“First time we have ordered from here since I worked at the Superstore on Range Ave years ago. We ordered cheeseburger combo and a fried chicken poboy combo with fries and onion rings. The food was delicious and the owner and staff were all so friendly and courteous. We will be back to dine here again.“
