The last time I walked inside a Baskin Robbins was 20+ yrs ago when there was one in Monroe on Forsythe Ave. I remember it being bleak and overall just....sad. Probably why it closed down for good shortly after that visit. When I heard about this new BR that had opened up in WM, I did not get even a little bit excited about it. BRUH. MY MISTAKE. This BR is not the BR from way back when. This BR is BR living its best life, and the employees are the exact opposite of sad and bleak....read full review
5 stars across the board! The customer service here is excellent, and the selection of ice cream, cakes, drinks, etc. is great! Highly recommend the Mangonada if you want something totally different (mango and chamoy mixed and topped with Tajin seasoning).

I have a weekly ice cream date with my grandbaby. The help are always accommodating. The environment is always nice and clean.Kid-friendliness: Very. Cute sundaes for the kids that look like dinosaurs!
