When I finished my drink, I dumped out the ice and there was a M&M at the bottom of the cup. That means the workers either didn't look into the cup before preparing my drink, prepared my drink and didn't care there was a M&M at the bottom, or reused a cup to prepare my drink. Either way disgusting. It's sad that you can barely trust going to a fast food restaurant bc the workers really don't care about true customer service.
