The plate lunches are awesome, large servings very well seasoned and flavored food. So much more than a country store food Mart a delicious place to eat one of my favorite places to get lunch I have not been disappointed yet
Great breakfast and plate lunches. Just need to put in a checkout just for lottery tickets. There will be a long line trying to checkout and one register will be tied up while someone is trying to figure out what tickets to trade or cash in, how they want lotto tickets printed etc. Would have give 4 stars but seems like this happens frequently.
On Monday’s I get their scrumptious cornbread dressing with baked chicken with bell peppers and onions. Always generous servings. Real homemade mashed potatoes. Other delicious sides are Mac n cheese, red beans and rice, broccoli rice and a variety of vegetables. Sometimes blackberry cobbler is available but it doesn’t last long. Bread pudding and peach cobbler are on the menu more frequently. Hearty food with friendly service. I recommend Jetts Country Kitchen at Ambrosia...
