This was our second time to eat here!! Food was delicious!!! Service was spot on!! Our waitress was amazing!! Everyone was very friendly!! 10 out of 10 for sure!!
My family and I dined at South Plains Food Company for Mother's Day. The total experience for us was amazing. They have gone downhill recently. Not only was their service slow , but our order was wrong when it arrived . We were supposed to be talking to Joel after we were done before we left , then he was “too busy” to talk with disgruntled repeat customers and then the rude MGR tried telling us we were never told he would be talking to us. Until they have a management change , I would recommend saving yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
