Went in for the first time. The staff is young and lots of playing around behind the counter. That didn't bother me. It's nice to see young people working. Masks were NOT worn while orders were being prepared. Lots of talking over my ice cream. While eating ice cream, I found two hairs in my order. Very concerning. Probably won't be back.
Cotton candy ice cream is the children in my life's favorite. Mine too. We have gotten ice cream birthday cakes from this location. Hint. Give them a little time out of the freezer before attempting to serve. Hard to cut servings when just taking out of the freezer. Probably ten minutes will allow to slightly get softer but still frozen. They have great custom ice cream floats. Whatever you think of with the flavors and treats can be made into a float. Bre, the manager was extra nice and helpful. I was able to taste the flavors I had a question about, and she was very patient as I made up my mind as this was my first visit to this establishment! It was an awesome experience, and I will definitely be returning!
