“The food was so good it didn't even matter that the date didn't go well. Everybody involved in the service was great, John, Helena, and a manager I think. John's guidance was primordial in terms of food experience. The special with the Linguini, Black Bass and Calamari it's out of this world. Even tho it was full I never felt like I wasn't able to comfortably talk with my date. $200 plus tip for 2 apps, 2 entrees, 4 drinks and dessert felt pretty well spent honestly. 10/10 experience definitely coming back.“

“Had an outstanding experience here! Our server was extremely friendly. He had great recommendations and did not steer us wrong once. The Antipasto Platter was great to share, as was the Tuna Carpaccio. It had such bright flavors and was truly amazing. For me the star of the show was the Spicy Lobster Rigatoni with vodka sauce. It had a subtle spice that complemented the flavor and I liked the dish more and more as I ate it and haven't stopped thinking about it. Other favorites at the table were the Porcini Lasagna and the Scallops Picatta. I highly highly recommend Geppetto!!“

“The Boston Harbor Angels as part of the Boston Harbor Angels dinner club had a wonderful meal at Gufo. The elaborate pizzas just kept coming. They enjoyed the prosciutto and anchovies appetizers. The staff were wonderful and the atmosphere was jovial and lively. Thank you Gufo!“

“Amazing atmosphere and decore set tone for a wonderful fun time with friends. Staff was very friendly, explained us all of the flavors and menu. The menu is wide from pasta, fries, wraps, pizza etc. We ordered pizzas, pastas, fries and garlic breads. Food was amazing and cooked to perfection. I would like to visit every weekend. Keep it up!!

“I recently visited Monteverdi for Drinks on the patio and then more drinks and Dinner, and can I just say I have not experienced Cambridge like this before! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the stunning waterfront views - it’s the perfect backdrop for any meal inside or on the patio. The staff was beyond exceptional, making us feel right at home with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. Now, let’s talk food! My friend ordered the Rigatoni Bolognese, and it was hands-down one of the best they've had - perfectly seasoned with a rich blend of beef, veal, and pork, and she said the locally made pasta was just to die for. I ended up just getting the the Warm Marinated Olives since I am a light eater, but they were also a fantastic vegan option that's full of flavor and the perfect snack for someone like me. And the drinks that kicked off the evening, as well as during dinner (we maaay have had a round or 2)?! Let me just say, the VELO Vodka Espresso Martinis were the ideal pairing for everything we got - a smooth and rich cocktail that’s just as classy as it sounds. And it's also a locally made (& women owned) Vodka company! If you’re looking for outstanding food, drinks, service, and ambiance, Monteverdi is a must-visit. I can’t wait to go back!“

“Absolutely delicious legitimately Mediterranean food( I am Italian) with great service. The very best arancini I have ever tasted hands down. The homemade pasta was fabulous in four different dishes and we all shared tastes of each other's. The lamb ragu tasted of grilled meat and full of flavor. Thespinach paparadelli -perfect. Chittara was excellent and mushroom paparedelli - the best ! Wine selections were excellent and we just loved the place. Charm and service. We were never rushed. We will be back. Highly recommended. “Toscano is always buzzing with the joy of dining out, and its location in the heart of Harvard Square amplifies this. We celebrated our anniversaries here last night, and it was delightful! We felt well taken care of, the food was outstanding (sea bass fillets & steak from the daily specials), and we never felt rushed - encouraged to enjoy our evening together at our own pace. “I love this little place. It feels like a family restaurant and it is, run by a woman and her daughter. The food is absolutely delicious, made from prime, very fresh ingredients that are worth tasting, and prepared in such a way that the tastes shine through. Trattoria Pulcinella feels like a beloved neighborhood spot, where people come to talk and take a break from the battles of the day. For me -- because it's pricey -- a meal there is a great treat, to be looked forward to and then remembered.“

“I've been steadily ordering food from here since I moved back into this area in September. I must say I haven't been disappointed once which is why I continue to be a customer. Everything from the pizza to the subs to the huge portion of fries are always outstanding. You won't be disappointed eating here.
