“Family friendly, clean comfortable atmosphere. The best Italian pastries and cakes in Western Mass. There are several similar types of establishments but Giovanni’s has been the best I’ve tried locally and I make the drive from several towns over for their pastries, coffee, breakfast sandwiches, etc. I can’t recommend them enough.“

“Ordered my daughters 18th birthday cake here and was not disappointed!! Let’s talk cannolis I have never liked them, BUT the Latest Kraez makes the best and the only cannolis I like Scones are delish, homemade bread so amazing“
“Best baked bread anywhere! I am in my 60's and lived just a few houses away as a kid and always went there on Sundays. The Balboni's were so nice to everyone, all the time. I wish I still lived close by. the earliest memories of them, I was 4 or 5 years old. I miss those days (and the bread sticks LOL)“

“While at Brimfield antique show someone told me about chmuras bakery, and it was true they are great. Best rye since my childhood days. Service was friendly informative and pleasant. I'm from Connecticut but I'll have to make a monthly or by monthly trip for some goodies.“

“Having spent many trips in Boston going to Bova's Pastries, I was unsure I'd find a place that could rival its pastries, but WOW did La Fiorentina throw some heavy competition. I ordered a couple random pastries, all of which were beyond amazing, and the chocolate layer cake was just HEAVEN. I really like the unique and authentic selection of pastas they have here for sale as well. I left with a squid based pasta that I'm very eager to try.“

“These AMAZING WOMEN saved my daughter's 21st birthday dinner. I ordered a cake from a woman that said she could deliver and took my money but what I received had me in tears on Thursday. Friday MORNING Koffee Kup listened, and Friday AFTERNOON sent me home with EXACTLY what she wanted, FOREVER LOYAL! I cannot thank Ro, the decorators and every person that works there enough!!!“

The best part is you are appreciated for your hard work. I've also had the pleasure of working directly with Dan (the owner) who is always willing to help you with any questions you have. “Pete’s Sweets is never a disappointment!! They catered the cupcakes for my wedding a couple of weeks ago, and people could not stop talking about how amazing they were. Which is great of course, but we were just sad we didn’t have many leftovers! Everything we have anything from them, it is always amazing. Can’t reccomend this bakery enough - Definitely try the Creme Brulee frosting!“

Super cozy and super cute atmosphere. Very warm and inviting. And the customer service is top notch.
It's also conveniently located in proximity to pretty much everything on Boston Rd.
It takes less time to stop here and grab yourself coffee than it does waiting in dunks drive thru across the street, and the food is far better.
Maybe America doesn't run on Dunkin. Maybe it runs on Pan'e Dolcetti. 😁“

“I grew up in this neighborhood, rode my bicycle by here in the 1970's . The aroma was heavenly. They would cool racks of bread out the back door, and kindly sell you a loaf if asked. I have been to every corner of this country and in my opinion, Tougias, and the long gone Lido , "under the restaurant", bakery, are, and were, by far the best Italian breads you will ever find.“
“Wonderful customer service, excellent flavor. I needed a cake last minute for my sons birthday. She had it ready in just 1 day. Absolutely delicious. Most store bought cakes grown ups don't touch, but EVERYONE ate this cake up! Tres Leches chocolate cake with oreo crumbles and topped with whole oreos as well. Absolutely recommend Carmen and her delicious cakes and treats. We will be seeing her much more !“
“What a find. Someone on Facebook recommended patty to me. I needed just a few cupcakes for vegan/severe allergy guests at my sons bday. She was friendly, accommodating, and was quick with a reply. I had 1 extra cupcake and thought, perfect I'll actually get to try one! But we ended up with a sibling of a guest with a severe allergy as well so the extra cupcake worked out and mom was thrilled because her child never gets cake at parties and he's a little guy so it's very hard on him. Everyone who ate a cupcake was thrilled and said the cupcakes were out of this world delish. I typically buy cheap cupcakes from the supermarket and then buy specialty cupcakes for my guests who can't eat those but patty may be my new go to for ALL the cupcakes for my parties. Highly recommend. Absolutely zero disappointment. Thank you patty!! You made 4 kids who typically get left out at parties very very happy!“
