“I recently visited Auntie Cathie's Kitchen for the first time, and was very impressed. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. The woman at the counter was exceptionally friendly and helpful, taking the time to show me where the coffee was and ensuring I felt welcome.

The baked goods are well-organized with clear allergy labels, which is great for those with food allergies. I tried the chicken salad sandwich with fresh lettuce and what appeared to be a farm tomato, and it was delicious. The side of tater tots was equally satisfying, and the pickles were excellent. The sandwich was quite large, so I could only eat half, but I took the rest home, and it stayed fresh and not soggy the next day.

My father had the shrimp wrap and coleslaw, which he also found to be amazing. We both enjoyed the coffee, which was good even when served black. I also indulged in a giant sugar cookie, which was fantastic. Overall, Auntie Cathie's Kitchen offers a great variety of baked goods and ample portions, making it well worth the price. The quick service and pleasant atmosphere added to the positive experience.“

“Food was delicious. My sister in law was visiting from Iowa and she wanted a good mofongo. And this is the place we chose. We had it with arroz con gandules and pernil. We also tried the alcapurrias and my son went for an empanadilla de pizza. I can say that everything exceeded our expectations. Mofongo was soft and moist not dry like other places, and the right amount of crunchy. The alcapurrias were not hot but was still good. We are definitely coming back!! Definitely recommend!!“

“You can have it as spicy or not spicy but it’s very good, noted throughout the Springfield area and there’s actually a finding of beers that are from India (I didn’t forget that) but overall it’s worth it & unsure of their East Longmeadow branch but you have to go there for yourself.“

“I order takeout about once a week or every 2 weeks - food is always great. Sometime I am missing extra portions but mistakes happen. Usually it is handled by management professionally. There is one front of house employee that leaves a bad impression on me everytime. Her name is Lillian. She truly is the dark cloud what is otherwise my favorite restaurant. You can usually find her at the front desk bossing her coworkers around in disrespectful manners - in addition to openly complaining about having to work throughout our whole interaction. Bless anyone who has to work with this person.“
