Been here probably 2000 times over 30 years. Most people at the window are upbeat and kind. I generally leave with a smile 😃 I always regret my decision to go there an hour or 2 later cause the food is McDonald's... but that's my fault

Recently made a mobile order for breakfast here. When I got to the window, all I received was my coffee, and then I was asked to pull forward to one of the drive thru parking spots, which I did. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes, and it was clear they forgot my order. I let one of the employees know, and a few minutes later he arrived with my order, which had an extra free McGriddle inside, as well as a coupon for a free Big Mac. I don't know if this is standard practice,...
