Wonderful dining experience. The burger was overdone even though I requested medium rare. It's made with as blend of meat. I say go back to pure grass fed beef and let the juices fliw.

Our waitress was insensitive and lacked communication skills when it came to a severe food allergy that I have. When I told her I had a severe allergy, her response was “Beautiful” I was not sure if she understood what I was telling her. Needing an epipen is far from beautiful. Then she came out and said Cross contamination was a no go. I didn't understand what she meant and asked if I needed to order some other food and she said no. Then she brought out chips and guac...

Tryst never disappoints. The food is delicious and nicely presented. The menu has something for everyone. Staff have always been welcoming and efficient, but lately the servers have been exceptionally delightful and caring.
