“What I can’t stand is the employee who takes your order is not the one who gives you your order. For example, after confirming NO WHIP on my latte, he says, “ok, no whip on that one but the mocha, yes?” I confirm. Guess what ends up happening? Both have whip and the one giving me the order says, “it didn’t say that in the slip,” makes it sound like it’s me! It’s not me! But thanks for making me look like the idiot! How about confirming with the employee taking orders?
On another note, this is a cute location and very convenient.“

“I have never been to Honey Dew before and I had a great first experience! I pulled up to the store at around 4:58pm not realizing that the store closed at 5:00pm because Antonio did not make me feel rushed at all. It wasn't until I got home and checked the receipt for the correct address to leave a review that I saw on the Google listing that this location closed at 5. I checked out at 4:59:19 PM ?. Antonio was so nice and made me the best Iced Chai Latte. I also ordered 5 Dew Drops so that I could try each type of donut. I have tried a couple so far and they are so good! (And I'm picky with my donuts).

“I’ve been living in Ashland for a couple of years and I’m about to move to Cambridge in a few weeks. To be honest one of the things I am feeling sad about is not stopping by this dunks anymore.

I only take the time out to write this review because there are so many average quality Dunkin’ Donuts… the staff here recognize me when I come and if I don’t go for a month or two they will comment on it the next time I show up. I don’t go every day or anything so I think they’re just observant and kind.

I’ve literally never had an issue with the food or drink, and the service is quick and extremely polite. I can’t expect much more out of a Dunkin’ Donuts. They run a very tight ship and do an excellent job and deserve recognition for that.“

“The food was good, and the restrooms were pretty clean. However, the server didn’t ask what size drink I wanted—she just gave me a small, but I wanted a medium.

I really didn’t like that I was only allowed to stay for 20 minutes. I’ve never seen that before. I asked the employees if I could stay for 30 minutes, and they said no—my car would be towed. Why?

I’m buying food and don’t want to eat in my car. I also can’t eat that fast.

It’s very disappointing. I hope they remove that sign.“
