Dunkin' Donuts in Ashland

“I’ve been living in Ashland for a couple of years and I’m about to move to Cambridge in a few weeks. To be honest one of the things I am feeling sad about is not stopping by this dunks anymore.

I only take the time out to write this review because there are so many average quality Dunkin’ Donuts… the staff here recognize me when I come and if I don’t go for a month or two they will comment on it the next time I show up. I don’t go every day or anything so I think they’re just observant and kind.

I’ve literally never had an issue with the food or drink, and the service is quick and extremely polite. I can’t expect much more out of a Dunkin’ Donuts. They run a very tight ship and do an excellent job and deserve recognition for that.“

“This is my favorite dunkin location everyone is friendly here, very welcoming environment. There is a girl who works there, usually in at the drive through window, who is VERY kind, she has the best customer service.. Thank you for always greeting my family with a smile and your kindness. :)“

“The food was good, and the restrooms were pretty clean. However, the server didn’t ask what size drink I wanted—she just gave me a small, but I wanted a medium.

I really didn’t like that I was only allowed to stay for 20 minutes. I’ve never seen that before. I asked the employees if I could stay for 30 minutes, and they said no—my car would be towed. Why?

I’m buying food and don’t want to eat in my car. I also can’t eat that fast.

It’s very disappointing. I hope they remove that sign.“
