Dunkin' Donuts in Marlborough

“Visited Dunkin' Donuts after a long day of work and a snow shoveling session right after because of the snow storm. All I wanted is a cup of hot chocolate. The other location didn't have hot chocolate, but thanks to the delightful cashier girl at this one, who engaged in friendly small talk, joked around, and handed me a steaming cup of hot chocolate with a big smile – she truly made my day!“

“I want to thank Meredith for the outstanding customer service I get every single time she takes my order and makes my coffee to perfection. Every time I go in the morning there's nothing but coffee grounds in my coffee but when Meredith makes it, she has it down to perfection. Thank you!“

“Dunkin’ Donuts is always a great option. Especially this one, occasionally they do get your order wrong, but it’s only because they hire new teens and they usually mess it up anyways Hahahha. The store is always clean and tidy, the bathrooms are always kept spotless, and the manager, and all employees are super friendly. This Dunkin here also has the Dad seal of approval! “Really enjoyed my visit to this place today. The service was good, and the employees were very accommodating. I came in with a FRIEND and we ordered some donuts and coffee, although unfortunately they were out of ICE-E.
The food was amazing. It almost felt like I was getting stronger each bite.
The best part was the loyalty program. Apparently, if you keep coming back and making the same choices, you get rewarded for being a loyal customer. I really appreciate businesses that recognize commitment.

“I was in a bind to get a big order on short notice, the other location in the surrounding town (Hudson), could not help or do anything for me. I stopped by the east Main Street Marlborough location and Yomara (who I believe is one of the managers), was outstanding, she took my order which was a big one with no problem and had it ready for me in no time. I couldn’t thank her enough for bailing me out on such short notice to feed my crowd that descended upon us at the last minute. She really went above and beyond great customer service, she is a huge asset to your business and the owners should be aware of it.“
