“Had an issue today with a double order thru the DD app
that was my fault. I brought it to the attention of the manager who immediately refunded me for MY screw up...the reason for my 5 star review goes to the employee and Manager of that DD for doing something that really didn't need to be done...
A classic case of putting the customer first that you do not see much anymore..

“There's one guy that works there that you can tell he just doesn't care about his job. I had an ice coffee with the sugar melted and I also had a refill cup. He charged me for a large ice coffee, it was almost a dollar more. And he was just very careless making my order. My coffee was AWFUL!!! The rest of the staff however is much better.“
