Other reviewers have noted the frightening level of efficiency here and it is very true. You'll get your order rapidly even if the place is very crowded. “Great stop every day. It can be a little sketchy because there are no security and it's connected with the gas station, store. Lock your car doors when going inside. Other than that great location staff on both sides are great kind and cortious.“
“Good Service. Good workers. Just be careful if you apply for employment with them. Sarah is the GM and she works from 5am to 12noon Monday thru Friday, 5am to 10am on Satruday's. And tries to not work on Sunday's and gets annoyed if she has to work on Sunday's. She is a great person though. Huge heart. I just felt and still feel salty about the way she handled certain situations. But all in all; it’s a good location to order from. They usually don’t make mistakes with your order. And if they do, they fix it. No questions asked.“

“Went thru the drive thru to pick up my online order. Person at the drive thru was very friendly and addressed me by my first name, which I thought was very personable. 5 stars for customer service. The pancake wrap, on the other hand, dry and zero taste. Coffee was spot on per usual.“

“One of the best DD in the area. All the employees are great! They remember your order and get it right every time, never disappointed. Depending on certain times in the morning there could be a bit of a line but they are generally fast so your not in there that long.This location is inside a gas station (always clean), has handicapped parking and also has a drive thru.“

“This location is always great. My husband and I go here almost everyday. I swear they recognize my voice at the drive through and know our regular order before I even finish talking. They also like to give our toddler son a couple munchkins now and then. Very friendly too.“
“Let's break this down on this Dunkin for starters this Dunkin Donuts the atmosphere was pretty good it was not crowded but the person who attend me in the front wasn't that really polite it was more attending their cell phone then taking my order at the same time was a little bit off because soon as it was done taking my and my wife and my dad's order it was more important to run to their cell phone and go on the side but I cannot say enough about the other person who was really on top of my order was ready on top of helping me and every detail of my order and on top of that everything was nice and fresh and it was nice and hot I cannot complain about her she was very polite and very well opening at the same time the place was very clean very organized and like I said in the beginning it wasn't crowded but I do recommend and hopefully you will find a better chance of bumping into somebody we're better friendly atmosphere and will help you feel much better than what I went through“
“Dunkin's has unfortunately hit an all time low. Service is spotty at best. Hard to order ( communication is tough) and most orders are wrong or prepared in haste. Really wasting your money going there but there is very little alternative.“
