I went to this to this location around 9 am Thursday 12/28. There was no line. I asked for a plain bagel with cream cheese, and two chocolate frosted sprinkle donuts. When I got to the window I paid & tipped as I always do, they immediately handed me my bagel and sent the donut bag back for another donut. When I pulled out I realized I got handed a toasted but ice cold hard bagel, some other persons order must have been forgotten so they pawned it to me. Gross
The lack of English speaking employees is frustrating. And when they get something completely wrong, the ownership and management are hugely unhelpful. Even after I showed the cashier an email saying this location owed me a free coffee, I was denied until I was walking out the door. Of course there was a huge line at that point and I wasn't going to hold it up even more so than the back up they caused because no one could understand the language. Please don't go here.
