“Delight for eyes, I am person who enjoys the food through eyes first, we ordered a combo over rice and kofta over rice, wings...Firstly, the fresh ingredients that were added the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers were fresh cut, which is an absolute visual appeal. Place is cozy and comfortable to sit and enjoy the meal. The taste of dish, I adored the kofta on rice thoroughly. My 7year old enjoyed her chicken wings and their pastries are a special mention. My husband liked his combo over rice and their sauces hit the spot. The red sauce was ?, just drizzle would just do the job. Staff is cheerful and helpful. Would highly recommend the place“

“Really good burger place!! You can customize your burger with over 15 choices of toppings. Fries are delicious and so are the milkshakes! “This is truly the best fast food restaurant I’ve been to. It’s always sparkling clean, everything is organized and best of all is the actual service. The owner is so personable, knows our order and always takes the time to have a conversation with us. My son is very picky and raves about his meal every time. “Wesley & crew in Plainville are amazing! I work in Mansfield and called the local JM to see if they could work with my corporate budget for an event I needed catered. The manager of the JM near me said no. I even told her Id call somewhere else, she said "OK" with such attitude. So, I called Plainville Jersey Mike's as Ive ordered here personally and am never disappointed. Well, once again, no disappointment from Plainville Jersey Mikes!! I told them what I needed and they were more than happy to help! The team is always friendly, the restaurant is clean and organized and the food is fresh!! I spoke with Wesley after my event and he made sure everything went well and all my clients employees enjoyed the food! (They did!) “I would like to give a shout out to Zack and the only 2 other employees working today at 7p.m.It was a long wait and admittedly, I was getting frustrated. I saw a kid walk an order out to a parked car, I waited in line, I waited, and waited. After finally ordering I pulled up to the window. I saw 1 single person (zack) with his headset on, waiting on the people inside, this was the same person I saw bringing out an order to the car. When he came to the window I asked "are you the only one running this place?" He said "yeah, me and 2 others in the kitchen. That's why the wait was so long" I said "How is this even possible?" He replied "it's OK until someone gets mad and yells at me"At that moment I took a step back and realized how much those 3 people were trying to do to please everyone, and with what they had, they were doing amazing. I simply asked for crown and told him they were doing a great job. This kid had more multitasking skills then I've ever had. The 2 young men working there whose names were Will and Jelson helped me pick a sandwich because I have never been there before. They recommended me the Big Kahuna and it was the best sandwich I have ever had. The service was amazing and the food came out quick. Usually I dont talk to the servers at fast food places but they were actually putting in an effort to make my experience wonderful. I 100% recommend!“

“Imagine this, you get off work a little early, take the train from Boston home to get the kids to the play place for some fun, and you arrive to McDonalds with the kids excited and things rolling smooth.

Your wife placed the order online prior to arriving and when you get there your slushee and pops are already on the counter.

Your youngest goes to the bathroom with mom to swap out his diaper before playtime. Your four year old is waiting with you at the counter.

Out of the back of the kitchen area you hear one loud f-bomb after another coming from the teenagers and manager. Your kid immediately looks at you, but you’re at McDonalds. What can you expect?

So, you get your meal and go back to the play place. You look over at your two year old to realize his diaper was not fitted properly and he starts to pee up and out of the diaper.

You grab him to take him to the car, and you being the responsible adult go to tell management. The young man who hears you goes back to talk to his manager.

They all take a poll in the back if they just want to shut the play place down and evict two other families playing there because “they just don’t want to deal with it”. Also imagine offering to clean it up, but no one has asked you.

Next imagine they were saying things like “who lets their kid pee on the floor”, “they must be terrible parents,” and how messed up it is the two year old had this accident.

Yes. All of these things happened today at this McDonalds. When I told the manager I heard every word they said and didn’t appreciate the mean and frankly awful things they said, I was told she was 24 and never wanted to have kids, so it wasn’t her problem.

When your customers and delivering value beyond cheap food ceases, what real value does this place have anymore? None.

“Went to this establishment with my family and will be definitely be returning again.
The food was extremely fresh and tasteful and the bowls we ordered all had plentiful portions.
The workers were all very good and the Manager was very helpful in explaining all the products and went above and beyond doing what she could to make not just our food experience great but our visit dining in the establishment very comforting ,as she kept making sure if everything was fine and if their was anything we needed to let them know. It was also very clean compared to other establishments I have visited and fully stocked with everything as many other ones have visited were always missing utensils, napkins etc.
This store should be the prime example for Qdoba, if they ever want to show how a restaurant should be ..not just regarding the food but the workers, cleanliness and having all the products explained and ready for their customers.“

“Im only on here to say: South attleboro wendys, the girl with braids and braces was SO NICE!! No attitude and she was smiling and positive. My husband had a heart attack and getting/asking for no salt fries is a treat for us. This girl was super kind when taking our order, not scoffing or sounding demeaning or irritated when he ordered that. She said it would take only 2 minutes for the fries and she was right! She wasnt mean or nasty when coming out to deliver them, and she wished us happy holidays. She was so cheerful and pleasant. She deserves all the best. She literally made our Wendy’s experience very delightful.“

“I’m pretty sure he’s a manager due to his shirt being different from everyone else’s, he wears glasses and he was also working during midnight. He is amazing. He deserves all good things coming to him. We had an encounter and just because I did something that was the bare minimum he gave me two coupons for a free meal on him. He said I “made his day” but little did he know he also made my day because that was the nicest thing someone has did for me today! Didn’t get his name but we need more people like him. “I went into Jersey Mike’s in Attleboro yesterday and it was around 12:15 of a very busy Friday. It’s the first time I’ve been in Jersey Mike’s and I was very impressed. The staff was fast and very friendly. They chatted with each customer and you felt a sense of community and belonging. I was very impressed to see they cut the deli meat for your sandwich right in front of the customer and he was fast and very proficient at placing the slices on the bread. Each sandwich looked very professional and neat. As I said before he (the owner/manager possibly) he safely chatted with the customer while he built their sandwich for them. The woman doing the “fixings” for the food was also fast and friendly to each customer. The whole team worked as one and it really was very nice to see the community and life coming back into the food service around here. They worked as if they shared a heartbeat. Thank you for a delicious steak big Kahuna sub with yummy bread. Great job y’all. I’ll most definitely be back.“
