“I went to dunkin because my order had been messed up the previous day and when I called to complain this morning, the nicest woman Emily picked up and said we could come right in and get it again for free. Then when we got there, the manager ended up taking our order and he was also THE NICEST man and did not make me feel bad about anything. I then wanted to place a separate order that I would pay for and he happily took our order for that and gave me a donut and breakfast wrap for free which he did not need to do.
