“I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for over 20 years. A few years ago it changed ownership and unfortunately the quality really went downhill — they rarely had donuts available and the service wasn’t very friendly, so I stopped going for a while.
Recently I decided to give it another try and I’m really glad I did. The new manager, Nicole, has completely turned things around. She has built a strong team, the staff is friendly, the store is well run, and they consistently have everything stocked.
Nicole even got me using the app to order ahead, which has been extremely convenient. It’s great to see this Dunkin back to being a reliable spot in the community.“

“Sandwiches were decent. Service was superb. Their smoothies are always delicious as well! However , and I hate to even say this, but their mocha latte was gross. I tried to ask for extra mocha hoping it’d fix it but nope. Idk if it’s the mocha they use but it was disgustingggg. I couldn’t even force myself to try to take a third sip to try to still get my moneys worth. Prob gonna stay away from their lattes from now on“

“Visited as part of the RI Food Fights iced coffee celebration. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations for a chain restaurant, but the iced coffee was delicious! Great choice of flavors and our server went above and beyond with her friendliness and helpfulness. Also got an egg and cheese wrap which was head and shoulders above egg and cheese wraps at a chain competitor, and I was quite impressed by the whole experience. 5/5“

“Honey Dew is better than Dunkin' and I will die on that hill.

This is my favorite Honey Dew I've ever been to.

The only thing is I wish they hired more people, or put more people on the clock. The service is still fast, but I feel bad because the lady who usually works here has to really hustle to get everything done.“

I've only ever been there in the afternoon time and it looks like most of their display case is empty. I get the impression their pastry are good cause they are always sold out. “Sometimes those sandwich orders slow things down. This store seems to be heavy on the cream in an ice coffee. Tastes more like coffee milk. And the individual creamers are not the same cream you put in the coffee. I'll put 4 in a large and they do not really change the color much. Next time I'll have to ask for half of usual cream. Bakery products are excellent and very large, lately I'm a fan of the coffee roll!“

“Probably the best franchise for Honey Dew. the donuts here are significantly bigger than other locations and are generally pretty fresh. The Iced Chai was also very good and egg wraps too. It's absolutely a huge step up from Dunkin but be advised, Honey Dew locations are not all the same and experiences vary. In my opinion, this just happens to be the very best one.“

“On my last day in Warwick earlier this week, I decided to have my breakfast at this Honey Dew location, since it was in close proximity to the Hilton Garden Inn. I went there at 5 a.m when it opened, and got a chocolate chip muffin and a cup of coffee with milk and Splenda. Both of these were first rate. I'd definitely go again.“

“We stopped by Honey Dew to grab jugs of coffee and hot cocoa for our son’s ice hockey team party, and WOW… it was a total hit.

Everything was piping hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The kids loved the cocoa, the parents were raving about the coffee, and it honestly became the highlight of the whole party.

We also picked up donuts for the team to snack on, and they were hands-down the fluffiest, freshest, best donuts we’ve had in a long time.

Let’s just say… after trying what this Honey Dew location has to offer, we are going to have to break up with Dunkin.

Kid-friendliness: My son loves the burritos he gets one every morning and I get a ice tea with lemon which Dunkin no longer have lemon very good service didn't have to wait I would recommend honey dew to everyone“

“Fun and eclectic speakeasy type bar. Drinks were well made and the service was great. Seating is limited to approximately 30 at max including the bar area. Comfortable waiting area outside of the bar if you need to wait to be seated. Knead doughnuts is across the hall. Great options available for a late night snack while you enjoy your drinks. You have to ask about the doughnuts.“

“I went to dunkin because my order had been messed up the previous day and when I called to complain this morning, the nicest woman Emily picked up and said we could come right in and get it again for free. Then when we got there, the manager ended up taking our order and he was also THE NICEST man and did not make me feel bad about anything. I then wanted to place a separate order that I would pay for and he happily took our order for that and gave me a donut and breakfast wrap for free which he did not need to do. “Love going in there and even though there is a line all of the workers are quick know what you're getting before you order. By the time you get to the register it's already rung up and the order is ready. Never had a problem with the food or drinks and the staff is friendly personable. Right way to start the day.
