Everything was fresh and tasty. Classic seafood type fare. I suggest you try the Merle stew it was delicious. The bacon wrapped scallops were also a hit and I had the swordfish that came with zucchini. Very tasty. They also were able to do a little side of grilled shrimp for my toddler.

The food is not as good as we are use to having from Barbyann's. The only dish out of 4 people. That was good was my cheese burger and fries. Also no one in my party had any seafood. Those could be ok. Good luck , It was very good to see a couple of friendly staff that still work there. We have been going here ever since they opened. I'm not sure if this was a one time bad night. I also don't think I can get my wife to go back and find out. Because she wants to...

Love this place, ever since it was a teeny, always packed restaurant and bar, now it's even better as they got bigger over the years. The fish and chips and onion rings special was absolutely fresh and delicious. Jennifer was such an excellent server, (when someone takes such good care of you, I think they are the owner undercover)
