Love this place. The menu is short but everything they make here is made with care and love (and a lot of skill!) Love the atmosphere. Love the music. Love the people. And LOVE the food. Today I had the grilled cheese with ham. It came perfectly done. Thick slices of perfectly buttered and toasted bread oozing with cheese and delicious ham. What more can I say? Eating at Neon Newt in its with friendly and efficient service is a unique experience. I remember an incredible bean dish, a charred cabbage, and an amazing lamb curry over spaetzle... Add the home made bread and ice cream and a fabulous tomato aspic -- couldn't get a better meal anywhere!
