Stopped for coffee after work. Needed to use the restroom. It was neat and smelled clean. In dining room, an employee was sweeping and everything looked clean as well. The two people working behind the counter were so friendly and efficient. It was a surprising pleasure at the end of a long day. This was Wednesday 10/19/22 at 3:30. These are some great employees!Keep up the good work ?
I hate to do this, especially because the employees earlier in the day have been great,... but at night, I think the sped bus drops them off. No acknowledgement of customers at first, second, third,... tenth glance, they just completely ignore you at the counter, even though you've made eye contact multiple times. Super nice staff and consistent food and drinks. This is a fast food joint so it's rated in that category alone. There are many Dunkin's aroind but I would go out of my way to go to this one.
