“We visit many Outback Steakhouses, and this one is by far the best. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The host Brian went above and beyond, opening the door, greeting us warmly, and making us feel truly welcome. We came with our family and young children, and he was incredibly thoughtful, even arranging seating so my son could watch football, which meant a lot to us.
Our server, Lisa, was amazing, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Before we even had to ask for lemon, she brought us hot water with lemon and continued to check on us throughout the meal to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Can’t believe she has been there for 26 years and shared some memorable moments serving many families throughout the years.
Overall, this was a great experience with excellent service from start to finish. Truly hospitality from the heart. We’ll definitely be back!“
