“While visiting campus I was worried about finding this and being able to access it side in not a student but I had no problem getting in at 7am. Nice staff. The way in is thru the main entrance and then to the immediate left in the breezeway.“

“How anyone could give this place a bad review makes no sense to me. You've probably already read from the other reviews that the staff is incredible, but truly -- they are. They are so kind and welcoming to every single person that comes in. Aside from that, the coffee is AMAZING! They have so many different flavors to choose from and you can customize any drink however you like (even if it's not on the menu). Also, the breakfast sandwiches... wow. Get 'The Stallion', just trust me. Prices are completely reasonable. Honestly, no other coffee place I've been to even compares. I'll be a longtime customer!“

The menu selection for sandwiches has offerings for everyone. You can create your own sandwich with toppings of your choice.

As visitors, it was a bit hard to know where exactly to stand to place our order.

Know that this place is very busy!

Walk-in orders:
1. Online order pick ups: walk-in and pick up your order to the left of the registers
2. Express orders: far right side; ordee up to one dozen uncut bagels, cream cheese, coffee
3. Individual orders: form ONE LINE at the left hand register. Keep to the right side of the wall while queued up. You are assigned to a worker and not a specific register.

Place bagel orders first, any sandwiches, loose bagels, etc. Then they make your sandwich, then drink orders, then payment.

Seating inside may be limited. It all depends.

Parking lot holds ~18 cars; turn around may be fast. Do NOT park across the street at Salem State or you will be towed.

Highly recommend the sandwiches (lots of meat); I should have gotten the Rare Roast Beef but opted for the Sausage, Egg & Cheese breakfast sandwich. VERY large and can feed two average people or enough for those that have a big appetite.

“Best bagels in the area (I would say in Massachusetts, but I haven't tried everything). Decor isn't great, and parking can be a pain on a Saturday morning when the lines are out the door, but the bagels are great. They have a good selection too - french toast bagels are very good.“

“The bagels here are excellent, and everything there is at a great price point for breakfast food. I enjoy them just as much as Abraham's in Newburyport. I only wish they would open a little sooner. I often get there at 7AM to find it not open yet. Hopefully if they get more business they will want to open earlier.“

“The best bagels around and absolutely amazing cappuccino. The only reason for the 4 stars vs 5 on service is because the young girl I constantly get just doesn't seem to want to be there. Don't get me wrong service is fast, orders come out exactly how you ordered them. However, the counter staff taking your order should, at the very least, be pleasant.“
