Long wait times for delivery drivers especially during peak times. Often DoorDash drivers show up and are told they’re 10-15+ minutes early for the scheduled pick up time on the order but the app is telling us to pick up within the next 5 minutes.. drivers aren’t deliberately showing up early. I ✝️ really like there sandwiches 🥪. They seem to always come up with new one's and I like 👍 The fact they make you choose your 🍞 bread. The only complaint I have about the one in Beverly is some of the chair's were broken and the bathroom 🚻 😳 door was damaged. Honestly we've never had an issue with any Jersey Mike's we've visited, until this last visit. These are minor nitpicks to be sure but they haven't been missed before so they stick out a bit.
First was that I purchased two sandwiches, a bag of chips and two large drinks but I had to ask for a bag. Who see's that order and doesn't offer a bag to carry it all?
Secondly I had to ask for a drink carrier and it was flimsy, most stack...
