Paula, manager, at Dodge Street location is the BEST! After a failed delivery, Paula took steps to ensure I got the redelivery. She also included an unexpected treat in my order. The courteous, empathetic and extra effort is so rare these days. She made my day and hopes alot brighter this morning. ❤
Can't go wrong at Panera..
Why say someone's order is ready when it isnt? People plan their time and lunch breaks around these things, and if I receive a notification that my food I'd ready and I still have to wait another 15 minutes when I get inside... thats half a lunch break.
